Documents required at the time of Admission 

• Birth Certificate (Xerox)
• Conduct Certificate of the school last attended in original.
• 3 nos. colour passport size photographs are required.
• Photographs of Parents (Both father & mother), Guardian (if required).
• Both the parents should be present along with the student at the time of admission.

Withdrawal

• The principal reserves the right to ask for the withdrawal of any student who has proved Immune to correction.
• Request for the withdrawal of a pupil must be made in writing by his/her parent accompanied by a remittance of requisite fees for the issue of the school leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate.
• All the dues have to be cleared before a school leaving certificate is issued. No question of refund of any dues of a child will arise at the time of withdrawal after getting admission into any class. 
• The student shall be suspended or expelled from the school on the following ground
• Indiscipline, assaulting fellow students, mishandling of appliance fitted, carrying/bursting crackers, stealing, leaving the school without permission, Non payment of dues after three reminders.
• On failing twice in the same class due to poor academic performance.
• At any of time, if the authorities are satisfied that such withdrawal is necessary in the interest of the school.
• Suspension can be done at any time, if the authorities are satisfied that such withdrawal is necessary in the interest of the school.
• The name of the student will be struck off from the rolls after continuous absence for ten days without information. He/she may be readmitted as per rules and the discretion of the principal. Students are required to secure minimum 75O/o of the total attendance during a session to be eligible to appear in their final examination.
• The decision of the principal shall be final and binding in this regard.

 Withdrawal By Parents

•  If a student is withdrawn for any length of time and the parents wish him/her to be readmitted, admission fees will be charged again.
•  A written application must be made by the parents (Father or Mother) for the transfer certificate of the student.
•  The transfer certificate can be issued on payment of tuition fees of current month, only after all the fees and other dues of the school and hostel are cleared and verified after one week of applying.
•  Duplicate T.C. will be issued on production of an affidavit along with the T.C. fee of the current year.
•  For certificate of conduct or any other certificate and application forms should be submitted six days in advance for Principal's signature.
•  Generally withdrawals are not permitted except at the end of the session unless such withdrawal is warranted by transfer of the parent or guardian or similar circumstances.

School Timing

• L.K.G -  Grade II: 10:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.
• Grade III To Grade X : 10:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M.

School Uniform

• Boys: L.K.G to VII: Half Pant with Half Shirt Std.- VIII: Full Pant & Half Shirt. (Formal stitching)
• Girls: L.K.G. to VII: Dungri with Half Shirt Std.-VIII: Salwar Punjabi -Pink check prints
• PT Dress (For both boys & girls):   White pant, T-shirt (House dress from Grade i onwords), White canvas and White socks.
